Going Green

The Premier Restaurant Group has made an honest commitment to sustainability in every aspect of our operation. For us, sustainable operations begin the minute an order is placed for raw ingredients that will one day create a delicious meal for our guests. We are committed to running our business in a way that helps to sustain the precious ecosystem in which we live.

We believe that when it comes to sustainability, no effort is too great and no effect is too small. For example, Premier Restaurant Group associates divert an estimated 100-tons of organic food waste and biodegradable paper from landfills on an annual basis through our composting program. Our warehousing operation recycles paper, cardboard and other packing materials to divert an estimated 1000 cubic yards of waste from landfills. Our purchasing operation sources locally, consolidates deliveries and uses flex fuel vehicles, all working to reducing our carbon footprint. Finally, our administrative team recycles paper, limits printing, and cycles HVAC systems.
